Although we do not have a physical location where customers can come to view or pick up products, all of our products are conveniently accessible at the Navinos.co.za Our website of-fers more than 120 products with photos, sizes, prices, and descriptions. We also offer highly competitive delivery rates for our customers. We would recommend that at a minimum you place an order with our company at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of a special occasion to ensure:
The product is available for delivery.
There is enough lead time to process your order.
The package arrives on time for your event.
You don’t have to pay expedited delivery costs.
Most of our candy products do have a shelf life of 3-6 months, so ordering and receiving your candy one month in advance will still ensure fresh treats if stored properly.

Shop around our website as we do offer many of our treats in different pack sizes. If you see an item in only one size, we can only ship that size. It is one way we keep our prices low.

In the unlikely case an item is out of stock, Navinos will notify you within 24 hours of processing your purchase. In the case of an out-of-stock item, your account will be refunded the purchase price of the item as well as the delivery costs associated with the out-of-stock item. In many cases we carry “like items,” which are very similar item which we will also make you aware of these options.

Although you can checkout as a guest and not set up an account, we highly recommend that you do. The benefits of creating an account are:
Access to previous orders.
Share your purchases with friends through Facebook and Twitter.
Obtain tracking information on deliveries.
Earn points in the Navinos Rewards Program and save on your next purchases.

Please refer to the wholesale account link at the bottom of Navinos.co.za for additional information or call our friendly customer service representatives regarding the opportunities to save on your everyday purchases. Once your account is approved, you will have access to the wholesale prices for Navinos.co.za

The speed of the delivery depends on how the order was delivered and the destination to where it was posted. Navinos.co.za processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. If you have selected a Ground method, your delivery is between 3-6 business days once it has been picked up by the carrier. If you have selected a faster delivery method, your estimated delivery may be sooner. In general please give up to 1 week for deliv-ery and plan accordingly for the delivery. If you need the treats to arrive by a specific date, please contact customer service at.

Navinos.co.za does offer several delivery including 3-Day delivery, 2-Day delivery and Over-night delivery. Please keep in mind that Navinos reserves up to 48-hours to process the order before couriering. Let’s face it, no one likes melted chocolate (unless you are making chocolate fondue). We rec-ommend storing all heat-sensitive products in a cool, ventilated area. Temperatures above 35 degrees and sunny areas typically will cause candy to melt. During warmer weather months, we strongly urge you to be careful when you are ordering heat-sensitive items. Navinos cannot guarantee from meltage or heat-damage. To minimise any damages, please select an expedit-ed delivery method such as 2 day delivery.

All of our customer service representatives have gone through extensive training to learn eve-rything they can about candy, snacks and confectionery. If you have any questions, we’ll have that answers! From pieces per gram to allergen statements, the Navinos customer service representative will direct you where to find the information and help you clarify any concerns you may have.
